Evergreen was started by Lincoln Spencer. A third-generation entrepreneur, Lincoln grew up working in his family's property management business at a young age and learned the value of hard work and a number of handyman skills (electrical, plumbing, etc). As a teen he also worked at an auto repair shop and started side businesses doing locksmithing, sprinkler installation, and repairing & selling motorcycles and computers. After studying Information Systems at BYU, he worked in IT consulting and left to follow his passion and start and operate a motorcycle parts e-commerce business. To further his business and technical skills, he then completed a graduate dual-degree program (MBA and Master's in Industrial Engineering) at the University of Michigan. Most recently, Lincoln spent 9 years leading a variety of teams at Boeing across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering functions. He has matured as a leader and led high-visibility initiatives but is now looking to return to his entrepreneurial roots.Lincoln lives near Snohomish, Washington with his wife Katy and three children. In his spare time, Lincoln enjoys adventures outdoors with his family, in particular riding motorcycles. He is also a powered paraglider pilot and snowmobiler.
